About Wondershare Edraw

Edraw, previouysly Edrawsoft, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Edraw Software Co., Ltd. affiliated with the famous Wondershare. It was founded with a simple vision: to make diagramming easier and more accessible for everyone — from students and educators to professionals and business leaders. What began as a small diagramming tool has evolved into a comprehensive visual communication platform trusted by millions of users worldwide.

Company Timeline of Edraw

February 2014 - Edraw was established in Shenzhen, China.

March 2016 - Rolled out EdrawMax, introducing true cross‑platform support (Windows, Mac, Linux).

October 2016 - Released Edraw Viewer for enhanced browsing/sharing across mobile and iPad.

October 2017 - Released EdrawMind (previously MindMaster), an all-in-one mind mapping tool (Windows, Mac, Linux).

August 2018 - EdrawProj (project management tool) and Orgcharting (organization chart manager) released.

March 2019 - Launched EdrawMath 1.0 (formula editor) along with its client.

April 2019 - Introduced Ficgra, an online graphic design tool.

June 2019 - Became controlled by the publicly listed Wondershare Technology Group. Since then, we are Wondershare Edraw.

March 2023 - Started to introduce AI features into EdrawMax and EdrawMind.

October 2024 - Released Edraw.AI, an AI-powered, cloud-based visual collaboration and diagramming platform.

• The exact location is 10th floor, 5D, Shenzhen Software Industrial Bases, Haitian 2ND Road, Nanshan District.

We also operates in Vancouver, Tokyo, and 3 other cities (Beijing, Changsha and Hangzhou) in China. There're total 6 offices and 1200+ employees from all over the world.

Edraw Products - Currently Available

Since its founding, Edrawsoft has become a well-known graphics and diagram drawing and design software provider. Up to now, we have released these products:

EdrawMax - An all-in-one diagramming tool that supports over 280 types of diagrams, including flowcharts, floor plans, and ER diagrams. Available on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS, and Web. Includes free trials and cloud-based editing.

EdrawMind - A versatile mind mapping tool for brainstorming, outlining, and visual planning. Supports timelines, concept maps, and more. Available on all major platforms with online access.

EdrawProj - Project management software that helps teams plan, manage, and track project progress. Desktop support only (Windows, macOS, Linux).

Edraw.AI - A cloud-based, AI-powered diagramming platform released in October 2024. It allows users to generate visuals from text and collaborate in real time. Ideal for visual thinkers and professionals. Edraw.AI represents years of dedicated R&D and innovation—an achievement we are proud to share with our users.

So far, our products are available online. Edraw products are available on our official websites and through authorized resellers.

1. edraw.wondershare.com (previously www.edrawsoft.com): This is the comprehensive site of Edrawsoft. We will show all products developed by the Edraw Team here. EdrawMax, EdrawMind, EdrawProj, and Edraw.AI are all visible here. You can find introductions, download links, online platform accesses and more information about each product.
2. www.edrawmax.com: This site is where the EdrawMax Online service and EdrawMax user community at. We posted some guides, guest posts, blogs, and other content on this website as well. Also, there're AI native pages where you can generate diagrams with Edraw AI on the page. You don't need to head to the online tool or download the software.
3. www.edrawmind.com: So, the EdrawMind Online service and EdrawMind user community are on this site. We post posts and templates on this site.
4. edrawmax.wondershare.com and https://edrawmax.wondershare.com: We made these two sites in 2023. When the above two sites serve as online tool services and user communities, these two new sites will focus on content building. On these two sites, we will explore all the topics and fields that EdrawMax and EdrawMind can help. We will teach users how to use our products to solve problems.
5. edraw.ai: New arrival! This site is available since Oct 2024. You can enjoy the online drawing tool on the site. And also, browse the content we make for various topics.
